1. Services Overview

LawGlitch ("the Platform") provides comprehensive no-code solutions for professionals including:

Professional portfolio website creation and hosting
Integrated booking and appointment management systems
AI-powered extension tools for automation and workflow management
Custom domain and branding solutions
Client communication and payment processing infrastructure

LawGlitch is a platform provider and technology service company. We provide the tools, infrastructure, and hosting for professionals to establish their online presence and manage client interactions.

2. Scope and Limitations of Our Services

Our services are strictly limited to providing technical infrastructure and tools. LawGlitch does NOT:

Provide legal advice, accounting services, or professional consulting
Guarantee client acquisition or business outcomes
Control or manage professional-client relationships
Assume responsibility for professional conduct or quality of services provided by users
Mediate disputes between professionals and their clients

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Plan Options:

Free Plan (30-Day Trial): Includes subdomain, website editor, booking form, and base AI extension for personal use
Premium Plan ($5/month): Includes custom domain, custom favicon, unlimited bookings, premium templates, and 24/7 support
Custom Website ($199+): Fully tailored professional website built to specifications
AI Extension Pro ($149 + $20 annual license): Advanced automation for email, calendar, spreadsheets, and data extraction

All payments are processed securely. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation can be requested anytime through your account settings.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using LawGlitch, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful professional information on your portfolio
Maintain all necessary professional licenses, certifications, and permits required by law
Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations
Use the platform only for legitimate professional purposes
Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities
Manage all client relationships and contractual obligations independently
Not solicit clients outside the platform with contact information obtained through LawGlitch
Not attempt to bypass payment processing or platform features

5. Intellectual Property and Content

You retain all rights to content you create and publish on your portfolio. LawGlitch retains rights to the platform technology, templates, and tools. You grant LawGlitch a non-exclusive license to use your portfolio and content for platform demonstration and marketing purposes with your explicit consent.

6. Limitations of Liability

LawGlitch is NOT responsible for:

Professional conduct or quality of services provided by users to their clients
Disputes, conflicts, or disagreements between professionals and clients
Content accuracy, legality, or compliance published on user portfolios
Client acquisition or business performance
Third-party services, integrations, or payment processors
Data loss, unauthorized access, or security breaches resulting from user negligence
Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures (except those caused by our gross negligence)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAWGLITCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. Prohibited Activities and Enforcement

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Attempting to solicit or conduct transactions with clients outside of the LawGlitch platform using contact information obtained through the platform
Fraudulent representation of credentials, qualifications, or experience
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward clients or platform staff
Unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' accounts
Spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution
Violation of intellectual property rights
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract platform technology

Enforcement: Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and permanent account termination. Depending on the severity, legal action may be pursued. There is no appeal process for enforcement decisions related to solicitation violations.

8. Account Termination

LawGlitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if:

Terms and conditions are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Repeated negative client feedback indicates service quality issues
The account is used for illegal purposes
Payment fraud or unauthorized transactions occur

9. Service Modifications and Availability

LawGlitch reserves the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue any features or services at any time
Change pricing plans with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers
Suspend service for maintenance or security reasons
Implement new policies or restrictions to protect the platform and users

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding platform services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive the right to pursue legal action in court or participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Amendments to Terms

LawGlitch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent platform announcement.
